- Jewelry that is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Jewelry that does not match the product description on our website.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

- Custom-made or personalized jewelry (unless defective).
- Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without the original packaging, tags, or documentation.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return the Item: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. Ship it to the address provided by our team.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
